主要工作业绩：通过体内、体外培养实验首次对分离于三疣梭子蟹中的血卵涡鞭虫株系的生活史开展了相关研究工作，获得Hematodinium sp.的多个典型生活史阶段。成功建立血卵涡鞭虫与其海水甲壳类宿主-三疣梭子蟹的浸染作用体系,在转录水平、酶活力水平和细胞水平上对Hematodinium sp.引发的三疣梭子蟹分子免疫响应机制进行了初步探究，研究发现Hematodinium感染可显著影响甲壳宿主体内多个重要免疫途径，包括酚氧化酶原激活途径、Toll受体信号传导途径、丝氨酸蛋白酶级联反应途径以及自由基NO/O₂^·？合成和清除途径等。采用iTRAQ标记蛋白组测序和Hiseq 2500高通量测序技术对Hematodinium不同侵染阶段的三疣梭子蟹肝胰腺的蛋白组和miRNAs转录组进行了测序分析，深入阐述三疣梭子蟹与Hematodinium sp.的相互作用过程，深入探究了Hematodinium浸染对甲壳类宿主免疫系统的影响。主持“中国博士后科学基金会与中国科学院联合资助优秀博士后项目”和“中国博士后科学基金第60批面上资助项目”，并参与“国家自然科学基金”、“基金委-山东省联合基金”等多个科研项目。在“Molecular Immunology”、“Journal of Invertebrate pathology”、“Fish & Shellfish Immunology”、“Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology Part C: Toxicology & Pharmacology”等领域内主要学术期刊发表论文10余篇。
