主要业绩:长期从事海藻室内培养、生理生化检测、转录组学和功能基因方面研究,完成了国际首个甲藻休眠孢囊转录组学分析,发现了一系列可能与甲藻生活史转换相关的基因,证明植物激素脱落酸在藻华甲藻锥状斯氏藻休眠孢囊的形成和萌发过程中可能具有重要的调控作用,为在分子水平上解释休眠孢囊的生理特征和深入研究甲藻生活史不同阶段转换的生物学机制提供重要理论依据。分子克隆了热休克蛋白家族系列分子伴侣基因,推测该家族系列基因可能在藻华甲藻锥状斯氏藻休眠孢囊形成和休眠维持过程中发挥作用。首次解析大型经济褐藻海带响应蓝光诱导转录谱基因表达变化;证实海带中存在Aureochrome型蓝光受体,为优化海带种苗培育条件提供了理论基础。先后主持“国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目”、“中国博士后科学基金特别资助”、“山东省博士后创新项目专项”等多个科研项目,作为骨干参与国家自然科学基金委、科技部、中国科学院等资助的多个科研项目。迄今在Frontiers in Microbiology、Harmful Algae、Marine Biotechnology、Journal of Eukaryotic Microbiology、Journal of Applied Phycology、Marine Biology和PLoS ONE等权威专业杂志发表科研论文30余篇,其中第一作者SCI论文16篇。担任Journal of Applied Phycology等多种国内外学术期刊特邀审稿人。
