胡章喜

 

胡章喜:博士,助理研究员。20126月博士毕业于暨南大学,同年进入广州市香港科大霍英东研究院工作,201312月至201511月在中国科学院海洋研究所海洋科学博士后流动站从事有害藻华生态学研究工作,博士后出站后留所工作至今,研究方向为有害藻华生态学。邮箱:zhu@qdio.ac.cn

主要工作业绩:关注有害藻华原因种的生活史、中国沿海浮游植物尤其是甲藻(及其孢囊)的多样性、有毒甲藻的毒理学特征和有害藻华原因种的营养机制。首次报道有毒有害藻华甲藻米氏凯伦藻和剧毒卡尔藻能形成休眠孢囊;报道了多个中国沿海甲藻新属新种和新记录种;发现东海原甲藻能利用多种有机氮源(能水解多肽,直接吸收和利用二肽)等。先后主持 国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金等5个科研项目,并参与国家自然科学基金委、科技部等资助的10余个科研项目。在海洋与湖沼、海洋科学、Journal of PhycologyHarmful AlgaeAquatic Microbial EcologyPhycologia等国内外学术期刊发表论文50余篇,其中第一作者、通讯作者论文20余篇,获授权发明专利1项;担任Science of the Total Environment等多种国内外学术期刊的审稿人。
