尚丽霞:博士,助理研究员。2015年6月毕业于中国科学院南京地理与湖泊研究所,获得博士学位;2015年11月进入中国科学院海洋研究所海洋科学博士后流动站工作;2018年8月至今在中科院海洋所工作,研究方向为有害藻华生理生态学。电话:0532-82898850;邮箱:lxshang@qdio.ac.cn
工作简介:主要从事浮游植物生理生态学相关研究,包括藻类及其代谢产物的测定、化感作用和致毒效应、时空变化和环境影响因子及其对有害藻华发生发展的影响等方面。研究了常见有害藻华甲藻产生的溶解态和颗粒态的羰基类代谢产物,这类物质可能与微藻化感作用及毒理效应有关。在国际上首次采用高通量测序技术检测船舶压舱底泥中的甲藻孢囊,并证明此前国内外对压舱泥的检测都大大低估了甲藻孢囊种类多样性和样品间种类组成的异质性。探讨以多种藻源有机物(包括藻毒素、嗅味物质和消毒副产物)作为评价标准的蓝藻预警值体系,为以高藻水为原水的饮用水生产的安全保障提供新思路。参与了国家水专项、多项自然科学基金和科学院重大科研装备研制等项目;以第一作者和合作作者身份在国内外相关杂志发表论文十余篇。
