仪器概况:
塞默飞MAT 253plus稳定同位素比质谱系统,购买于2019年,围绕海洋环境演变、生态示踪等研究领域,提供稳定同位素比(δ13C/12C、δ15N/14N、δD/H、δ18O/16O)的精确测量分析。
仪器介绍:
MAT 253Plus稳定同位素比质谱仪主机配有ConFlo IV连续流样品制备装置接口、EA-Isolink 元素分析仪、GC气相色谱仪及GC-IsoLink接口、GasBench II多用途样品制备装置和LC液相色谱仪及LC-IsoLink接口,可实现海水、颗粒物及沉积物、海洋生物等样品与海洋单体有机物中稳定同位素比(δ13C/12C、δ15N/14N、δD/H、δ18O/16O)的精确测量分析。
工作内容:
该设备主要开展如下分析测试工作:
(1)固体样品碳、氮同位素比值:δ13C(100 μg C) ≤ 0.15‰,δ15N(100 μg N) ≤ 0.15‰;
(2)单体化合物碳、氮、氢、氧同位素比值(GCisolink):δ13C(10ng C) ≤ 0.20‰、δD(30ng H) ≤ 3.00‰、δ15N(50ng N ) ≤ 0.50‰、δ18O(80ng O) ≤ 0.80‰;
(3)碳酸盐碳、氧同位素比值(磷酸法):δ13C≤ 0.2‰,δ18O ≤ 0.4‰;
(4)水中氢、氧同位素比值(H2/Pt水平衡法和CO2-H2O平衡法):δD ≤ 2.00‰、δ18O ≤ 0.60‰;
(5)溶解性无机碳碳同位素(磷酸法):δ13C ≤ 0.2‰;

送样须知:
生物样品干粉0.5g, 80目;
沉积物样品干粉1g,100目,测试有机碳同位素需酸化去除无机碳;
颗粒物样品过滤到灼烧过的47mm直径以下GF/F膜上,冻干,测试有机碳同位素需酸蒸去除无机碳;
单体化合物同位素(GCisolink)样品应为澄清透明的有机溶液,无絮凝或沉淀,不含无机酸碱,其他性状样品,如沉积物、生物体等加收前处理费400元/样;
水样5mL,需装满容器,顶部无空隙,低温保存,浑浊水样需过滤,请勿添加任何化学试剂;
碳酸盐样品干粉1mg,200目。
