研究方向：海洋生物多样性, 分子系统与演化, 群体遗传学

个人简介

主要从事海洋无脊椎动物多样性、系统演化与群体遗传学的研究。目前开展的工作包括：1) 整合多基因数据集、外部形态及动物地理学等数据，厘清无脊椎动物多个优势类群长期存在的分类学争议与演化地位不明确等问题，修订和完善不同阶元的分类系统，探讨其起源和扩散模式；2) 基于高通量测序技术，聚焦深海化能合成生态系统，开展双壳类和腹足类分子适应性进化及系统演化历史的研究；3) 采用多种分子标记，揭示近海无脊椎动物优势类群的遗传多样性水平和群体遗传结构，阐释其生物地理格局的成因。已发表学术论文20余篇，参与撰写及翻译论著6部。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目各1项；作为项目骨干参与科技部基础资源调查专项和中科院战略性先导专项等多个项目。担任Environmental Monitoring and Assessment、Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology D: Genomics and Proteomics、生物多样性等期刊审稿人。
