个人简介    

毕业于德国不来梅大学,获得海洋生物学博士学位,期间赴布鲁塞尔自由大学交流学习。主要从事于特殊海洋生态系统中无脊椎动物的多样性、生物地理学与适应性进化研究。在印度西太平洋砗磲的大尺度群体遗传结构以及深海化能生境中潜铠虾与阿尔文虾的极端环境适应机制取得重要进展,此外在重要经济物种性状的遗传解析方面也获得了一定成果。在Zoologica Scripta、Deep-Sea Research Part I、Heredity、BMC Genomics等进化生物学、动物学及深海研究领域国际主流期刊发表研究论文60余篇、授权专利3项;主持科研项目10余项,包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金项目、科技部基础资源调查专项课题、国家重点研发项目子课题、中国科学院-ANSO可持续发展项目课题、崂山实验室“十四五”重大项目子课题、中国科学院大科学中心前沿重点部署项目、青岛新能源山东省那个实验室开放课题等;获得海洋科学技术奖一等奖、高等学校科学技术奖科技进步奖。
