个人简介

    研究员（二级），博士生导师，中国科学院大学岗位教授，主要从事海洋生物分类与进化及生物多样性研究。迄今发现了百余个海洋新物种，清理了大量分类学误识；创新了海洋底栖生物调查手段，发展了海洋微小型底栖生物生态学以及真核微生物群落结构与多样性研究，揭示了驱动多样性和分布的主要因子。近年来组织开展了六次西太平洋及南海的海山多学科综合科考，较系统地研究了海山的生物多样性、分布及适应演化。现主持国家自然科学基金重点项目等多项。已发表研究论文250篇，含SCI收录145篇；Springer专著一部，国内专著6部；作为主要起草人制定国际标准、国家标准和海洋行业标准各一项；获多项奖励。
