个人简介
现担任中国科学院海洋研究所副所长,国家杰出青年科学基金项目获得者、曾呈奎海洋科技奖“青年科技奖”获得者,《Zoological Systematics》(原动物分类学报)编委以及《海洋科学》编委,中国海洋湖沼学会副理事长兼秘书长,科技部重点领域创新团队“深海极端环境与生命过程研究创新团队”核心成员、国家重点研发计划“深海与极地关键技术与装备”重点专项总体专家组成员等。立足分类学,主要从事海洋甲壳动物系统学研究。发表海洋甲壳动物1新科4新属30余新种,系统修订了重要类群十足目鼓虾科物种划分的形态依据;首次揭示了重要经济物种口虾蛄的隐存多样性及其以长江口为界的地理分布区系特点,厘清了北方典型海湾甲壳动物物种多样性,提出黄海是北温带生物和热带生物区系混合交替地带;提出并证实了十足目甲壳动物“浅海-深海-热液”进化模式,深海对虾类约在三叠纪早期入侵到深海,并以阿尔文虾为例揭示了热液代表性类群的西太平洋起源及其扩散路径;率先开展了深海化能极端环境中甲壳动物优势物种的适应性研究,已获得多个与免疫、抗氧化及解毒相关重要功能基因,为揭示深海生物环境适应机制奠定了基础。出版分类学专著8部,以第一作者或通讯作者发表研究论文90余篇,发表期刊包括进化生物学、动物学及深海研究等领域重要国际刊物如Zoological Scripta、Deep-Sea Research Part I、BMC Genomics、Ecology and Evolution、Zookeys等。相关成果获得2021年海洋科学技术奖一等奖。
