研究成果
        课题组在海水鱼类及文昌鱼、斑马鱼的早期发育、性别决定与性腺分化、肌肉发育、耐低温响应、快速育种技术等方面取得进展。建立了细胞、个体等水平的海水鱼类基因功能验证平台;初步解析了斑马鱼和文昌鱼胚胎发育过程原肠化运动的关键因子的作用机理;获得了牙鲆和大菱鲆受精卵从胚盘形成到4-细胞期中心体、纺锤体及核的变化图象;初步阐释了牙鲆雌雄表型形成的机制及外源因子对其影响机制;解析了鱼类骨骼肌细胞的发生、发育分化的分子调控机制;通过文昌鱼与高等动物的比较分析,初步阐释了肌细胞发育调控因子的进化特点;利用mRNAmiRNA转录组、代谢组多组学研究,以及生理生化分析,揭示了牙鲆、黄姑鱼等重要海水养殖鱼类对温度胁迫的响应机制及其分子调控机理,获得了耐温相关分子标记;提升了染色体操作早期卵裂抑制技术,诱导并建立了同质雌核发育牙鲆子三代、大菱鲆子二代群体,进一步优化了鲆鲽鱼类三倍体、四倍体诱导技术,显著提高了诱导率;首次报道半滑舌鳎病毒性疾病的暴发;确定鳗弧菌MHK3株六型分泌系统(T6SS)的致病性功能和大西洋鲑养殖主要病原;研制了具有良好效果的多个鱼用疫苗制品。
        本研究组先后发表SCI论文130余篇;主编和参与撰写专著10部。获授权国家发明专利25项、国家实用新型专利2项;登记计算机软件著作权1项。研究成果获国家、省部市级学术奖励14先后培养博士后9名、研究生近70人,毕业生20余人次赴国外深造,其他人大多活跃在我国海洋生物学相关的科研院所。
