研究成果
        课题组在对虾基因组和重要经济性状分子机制解析、遗传操作、免疫调控、新品种培育等基础研究、技术平台创新和产业应用等方面获得了一系列创新性成果。利用多组学技术解析海洋无脊椎动物重要生命现象,在国际上首先完成了凡纳滨对虾和仿刺参的全基因组图谱构建,特别是阐明了对虾基因组中高比例重复序列的结构特点,以及适应底栖生活和频繁蜕皮的遗传学基础;开展了对虾等甲壳动物免疫、性别、生长等重要经济性状的基础生物学前沿研究,揭示了甲壳动物体液免疫和免疫稳态的重要调控途径,鉴定了虾类中多种抗菌肽分子,为对虾抗病药物及制剂研发奠定了重要基础;获取了对虾性别DNA探针,鉴定了多个调控对虾雄性性别分化和性别发育的重要基因,初步揭示了对虾雄性性别分化的分子调控途径;进行了虾类等经济甲壳动物分子育种平台构建和育种实践,开发了多个抗WSSV、副溶血弧菌等对虾中主要病原的分子标记,建立了对虾重要经济性状分子育种技术平台和基因编辑等遗传操作技术平台,加速了对虾优良品种选育。在Nature CommunicationsPLoS BiologyMolecular EcologyFrontiers in ImmunologyChemosphereFood Chemistry等国际重要学术期刊发表研究论文300余篇,授权国际PCT专利2项、国家发明专利20余项;先后培育出凡纳滨对虾国审新品种科海1广泰1和脊尾白虾国审新品种科苏红1,发挥了重要的产业带动作用;获得省、部级奖励10余项。
