李海波，男，副研究员，硕士生导师，2016年获中国科学院大学理学博士学位。发表论文50多篇，其中以第一作者和通讯作者发表论文12篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目各1项，作为骨干参与国家自然科学基金、中国科学院战略先导专项、国家科技基础资源调查专项等项目10余项。一、研究领域
主要从事海洋浮游微食物网类群生态学研究，尤其是（1）不同环境梯度上砂壳纤毛虫的生物地理分布格局；（2）气候变化对不同砂壳纤毛虫种类的影响；（3）极地不同海域浮游微食物网的结构差异及对环境变化的响应。
