环境工程
李玉龙,男,副研究员,1989年生,先后于中南大学、中国科学院海洋研究所获得工学学士、理学博士学位。目前在Current Biology、Molecular Biology and Evolution、New Phytologist、Molecular Ecology Resources、Genome Biology and Evolution、Conservation Genetics等国际学术期刊发表研究论文30余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文17篇,被引1200余次,担任Scientific Data编委,担任Molecular Ecology、Aquaculture、BMC Genomics、BMC Ecology and Evolution、Functional & Integrative Genomics等国际学术期刊的审稿人、国家自然科学基金函评专家。

主要从事海洋生物群体基因组学研究,包括:海洋生物多样性演化机制,群体遗传结构和本地适应性遗传机制,性别决定遗传机制及性染色体演化机制研究,群体基因组学相关软件开发等。

近几年围绕海洋生物多样性演化机制,性别决定及性染色体演化机制研究,群体基因组学相关软件开发等方面取得了一系列的研究成果。解析了多种海洋生物适应性演化机制,查明了银鱼科鱼类血氧运输系统演化机制,提示历史偶然事件对生物的演化历程同样重要,相关成果以封面亮点文章形式发表于Current Biology;查明了多种海洋鱼类性别决定及性染色体演化机制,相关成果发表于Molecular Biology and Evolution、Molecular Ecology Resources等国际学术期刊;查明了多种海洋鱼类适应淡水的平行演化机制,相关成果发表于Molecular Biology and Evolution等国际学术期刊;解析了多种保护鱼类如松江鲈、日本鳗鲡等的遗传资源现状、群体遗传结构及本地适应性遗传学机制;开发了多个群体基因组学数据分析软件如StructureSelector (https://lmme.ac.cn/StructureSelector)、RADassembler (https://github.com/lyl8086/RADscripts/tree/master/RADassembler)、eDNA在线数据库 (https://lmme.ac.cn/eDNA) 等,已被全球90多个国家的科研人员使用,总访问量逾30万次。
