邓蕴彦,理学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要研究方向有害藻华分子生态学。长期从事海藻室内培养、生理生化检测、组学和功能基因方面研究。先后主持“国家自然科学基金面上项目”、“国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目”、“中国博士后科学基金特别资助”、“山东省博士后创新项目专项”等多个科研项目,作为骨干参与国家自然科学基金委、科技部、中国科学院等资助的多个科研项目。迄今发表SCI科研论文50余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者SCI论文25篇。

一、研究领域

有害藻华微藻(甲藻为主)的组学、功能基因、生理生化和分子生态学研究。研究内容主要涉及:海洋甲藻休眠孢囊形成和休眠状态维持的分子机制;甲藻休眠期细胞代谢调控;植物激素对甲藻生理活动的调控作用及其分子机制;典型有害赤潮微藻的分子鉴定与系统进化研究;藻华甲藻与藻际微生物(细菌、真菌)群落互作;海洋有害藻华微藻分子探针的研制与检测。
