邢丽丽,女,副研究员,中国海洋湖沼学会棘皮动物分会副秘书长,牛津大学、杜克大学访问学者。主要从事棘皮动物体色调控机制与基因编辑育种等方面研究,系统揭示了刺参体色多样性形成的分子调控路径和生态适应机制,率先创建了刺参基因编辑育种技术体系,实现了顺式调控元件高效编辑,作为第三完成人培育了紫刺参新品系。相关研究成果以第一作者在Philosophical Transactions B、Food Chemistry等期刊发表SCI论文12篇、通讯作SCI论文2篇,授权第一发明人专利4项,参编专著3部,主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题等项目6项,入选山东省青年科技人才托举工程,获海洋科学技术奖一等奖、青岛市青年科技奖、中国科学院院长优秀奖等荣誉,担任Frontiers in Marine Science、Frontiers in Physiology编委,中国科学院大学本科招生山东招生组专家,中国科学院海洋研究所研究生班主任等。一、研究领域
主要聚焦于棘皮动物体色分化的分子遗传机制与生态适应性演化,系统揭示刺参等海洋无脊椎动物的色素形成、发育调控及环境适应间的内在联系。应用基因组学与基因编辑等手段,推动关键性状分子的遗传解析与优良品系分子育种技术创新。
