邢丽丽,女,副研究员,中国科学院大学硕士生导师,中国海洋湖沼学会棘皮动物分会副秘书长,牛津大学、杜克大学访问学者,青岛市青年科学家协会女科技工作者专委会副主任委员。主要从事棘皮动物体色调控机制与基因编辑育种、生物时间离散性等方面研究,系统揭示了刺参体色多样性形成的分子调控路径和生态适应机制,率先创建了刺参基因编辑育种技术体系,实现了顺式调控元件高效编辑,作为第三完成人培育了紫刺参新品系。相关研究成果以第一/通讯作者在Philosophical Transactions B、Food Chemistry等期刊发表SCI论文15篇,授权第一发明人专利4项,参编专著4部,主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题等项目7项,入选山东省青年科技人才托举工程,获海洋科学技术奖一等奖、青岛市青年科技奖、中国科学院院长优秀奖等荣誉,担任Frontiers in Marine Science、Frontiers in Physiology编委,中国科学院大学本科招生山东招生组专家,中国科学院海洋研究所研究生班主任等。
一、研究领域
围绕棘皮动物重要表型的形成、演化与精准改良,重点开展以下研究:
(1)棘皮动物体色形成、多态性维持及生态适应机制;
(2)海洋无脊椎动物发育过程的时空调控与生物时间机制;
(3)棘皮动物精准基因编辑与重要性状分子设计育种。
