生物与医药
  于洋,男,特聘研究员,理学博士,2009年毕业于山东大学,2014年毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所,研究方向为甲壳动物分子育种。研究建立了国际首个凡纳滨对虾600K高密度SNP芯片和高密度遗传连锁图谱,鉴定了对虾生长、性别、抗病和品质性状关键基因,构建了对虾10K、1.5K和0.5K等不同标记密度的基因芯片,建立起对虾全基因组育种技术,已产业化应用于多个国际、国内龙头育种企业。作为核心骨干培育出3个虾类新品种,选育的“科海1号”和“广泰1号”已推广成为北方市场占有率最高的两个品种。

一、研究领域  

1.甲壳动物重要经济性状遗传解析:利用生物信息学、统计遗传学、分子生物学技术,鉴定调控虾类生长、抗性和品质性状的关键基因,解析性状形成的遗传机理。

2.甲壳动物分子育种:研发并应用全基因组选择育种、分子模块设计等精准育种技术,培育高产、高抗、优质的虾类新品种。

五、研究成果及奖励         

  以第一、共同第一和通讯作者发表Nature communication、Frontiers in genetics、Aquaculture等SCI文章25篇,授权国家发明专利18项,公开国家发明专利14项,授权美国国家发明专利1项,作为骨干完成了凡纳滨对虾“科海1号”、“广泰1号”、“渤海1号”和脊尾白虾“科苏红1号”新品种的选育和推广,研究成果获得第十一届大北农科技奖水产科学奖一等奖和山东省科技进步一等奖等。
