张杰,女,副研究员,硕士生导师。2016年于中国科学院大学获得理学博士学位。研究方向为海洋生物学,系统开展了海藻种质资源挖掘利用及多样性保护工作:1)解析原产地野生海带的遗传背景,为养殖品种升级提供种质与理论支撑,进一步明确了养殖海带响应高温环境的遗传机制与人工选择影响重要经济性状(如叶片形态、褐藻胶含量)的组学基础;2)聚焦海藻特色代谢通路(如碘代谢、褐藻胶合成),推进其高值化利用;3)开展典型海域(如印太交汇区、西北太平洋等)大型海藻谱系地理学研究,从进化生物学和保护地理学角度,揭示大型海藻的种群遗传格局及演化机制。相关成果发表SCI论文30余篇,多数论文发表在JCR一区期刊 (Journal of Advanced Research、Evolutionary Applications、Aquaculture等)。作为负责人承担中国科学院全球共性挑战专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目等多项课题。近年来积极参加国际学术交流,与俄罗斯、日本、挪威、韩国等同行建立了良好的合作关系。
