生物与医药

张立涛,男,副研究员,硕士研究生导师。长期聚焦藻类生物技术领域,致力于从分子调控与生理响应层面挖掘微藻的工业应用潜力。目前已发表学术论文100余篇,获得授权专利17项,主持包括国家重点研究计划、国家自然科学基金等在内的省部级项目9项。

一、研究领域  

1. 微藻次生代谢调控——以红球藻为模式,系统解析环境胁迫信号驱动虾青素高效积累的调控网络与关键限速步骤,探索光-碳耦合强化策略。

2. 藻类光合生理与逆境适应——关注微藻在高温、高盐及高光胁迫下的光保护机制,阐明光合电子传递重定向对碳流分配的影响。

3. 微藻生物能源——围绕能源微藻,通过代谢工程优化合成通路,提升油脂和氢气产率,为微藻高值化利用和绿色能源转化提供理论依据与工程化方案。

五、研究成果及奖励         

主持研发的小分子有机物兼养培养技术在提高微藻高附加值产物含量的同时,可有效缓解户外强光对微藻的破坏;负责研发的微藻敌害生物防治技术拥有自主知识产权,处于国际领先水平;此外,解析了微藻初生代谢途径(光合作用、呼吸作用等)对次生代谢(虾青素合成)及产能过程(光合产氢和油脂产生)的独特调控机制。
