张晓军,中国科学院海洋研究所实验海洋生物学重点实验室研究员,博士生导师。1994年毕业于青岛海洋大学海洋生物专业获学士学位,2001年于中国科学院海洋研究所获海洋生物学博士学位,2006-2008年美国Texas A&M大学访问学者、博士后。主要从事海洋生物基因组学、遗传学、细胞生物学和基因资源开发利用等方面研究,重点为对虾等海洋无脊椎动物基因组学、功能基因组学以及海洋生物生殖和遗传操作技术。构建了凡纳滨对虾和栉孔扇贝BAC文库以及栉孔扇贝物理图谱;完成了凡纳滨对虾、中国明对虾和仿刺参等多个物种的全基因组测序和组装,并解析了这两类代表性的海洋生物(甲壳动物和棘皮动物)一些独特的生命现象的分子基础;在对虾生长和品质性状的遗传解析及功能基因开发与利用等方面取得重要进展。研究成果在Nature CommunicationsPLoS BiologyCommunication BiologyMolecular EcololgyProceedings of the Royal Society BOpen BiologyBMC Genomics等杂志上发表论文70余篇,获得专利授权10余件。曾获山东省自然科学二等奖2次,山东省科学进步一等奖1次,国家海洋局海洋科学技术奖4次,大北农科技奖一等奖1次。
