姜帅,中国科学院海洋研究所,研究员。国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者、山东省泰山学者青年专家、中国科学院青年创新促进会会员。主要从事海洋动物免疫调控机制研究,揭示了焦孔素介导炎症反应的调控机制与免疫效应,查明了细胞焦亡在抗感染免疫中的作用机理,解析了含DM9结构域的新型免疫识别受体的晶体结构与免疫功能。研究成果发表于Science Immunology(封面文章)、Cell Reports、eLife、Journal of Immunology等国际知名期刊,主持国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金等项目10余项。
一、研究领域
本实验室以鱼类等重要海洋动物为研究对象,采用生物化学与分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学等实验技术与方法,探究免疫调控机制与抗感染免疫应答机理。研究方向包括:
1.病原感染的分子机制与信号转导;
2.细胞程序性死亡的分子机制及其免疫调控;
3.抗细菌/病毒免疫活性因子功能与机制解析;
