李军,男,1964年生,理学博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国鱼类学会副理事长
一、研究领域
海水鱼类繁育与健康养殖;养殖水环境调控。主要从事海水鱼类繁殖生理、人工繁育以及高效生态渔业现代种业和健康养殖技术工艺研究。系统开展海水鱼类繁殖、发育与调控机制研究;养殖技术与系统优化、生物安保、养殖尾水处理及水环境调控等。近年来完成了海水养殖鱼类的种质创新和创制相关的理论研究和技术研发工作,涉及鱼类繁殖生理及调控机理与诱导技术、人工繁育技术、种间杂交的理论与技术、种质细胞低温损伤机理、保存与应用技术、工厂化养殖技术等。

五、研究成果及奖励
带领研究团队率先突破了牙鲆、圆斑星鲽、条斑星鲽、河魨、条石鲷、斑石鲷等鱼种的人工繁殖、育苗和养殖技术,创建了海水养殖鱼类性腺发育成熟人工诱导、苗种培育技术及工艺;通过人工杂交手段,获得了具有生长快、适温范围广、抗逆性强等优点的夏鲆与牙鲆杂交后代,这是我国第一个具有养殖产业前景的人工杂交海水鱼种;率先突破并建立海水养殖鱼类种质细胞冷冻保存技术、冷冻精子库和冷冻精子应用技术,库存精子20000余份,并应用于海水鱼类种间杂交、异源精子雌核发育诱导以及苗种规模化生产中。通过养殖生境模拟、养殖鱼类福利评价、养殖排放水评价及处理技术工艺研发,建立了海水鱼工厂化流水养殖模式、封闭循环水养殖模式,通过自主研发和集成创新已开发出稳定、高效、适应性强的海水循环水养殖系统。
先后主持承担国家863、973项目、农业产业技术体系以及国家自然科学基金等40余项课题,发表论文180余篇,SCI收录论文80余篇,编写专著10部,申请和授权国家发明专利25项,获软件著作权2项,完成科技鉴定成果9项,获国家发明二等奖等奖项7项,获得青岛市拔尖人才称号。
