刘海洋,男,特聘研究员,泰山学者青年专家、汇泉青年学者。2012年获得吉林大学学士学位,2018年获得中国科学技术大学博士学位,2018年进入中国科学院海洋研究所开展博士后研究工作,2022年受聘为副研究员。主要利用金属稳定同位素等前沿的地球化学手段揭示地球圈层间物质循环。曾主持多项国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金等。在GCA、EPSL、JGR-SD、CG、Lithos等期刊发表第一作者论文十余篇。受邀担任Geology、GCA、EPSL、AM、GSAB等期刊审稿人、国家自然科学基金评审人。多次参加国际国内学术会议,并被邀请作会议主题报告。多次参加国际国内大洋地质科考。

五、研究成果及奖励
主要研究成果:
约束了低温蚀变洋壳的钾同位素组成和海水钾元素循环通量,证明洋壳蚀变是导致海水富集重钾同位素的重要因素;阐明了俯冲变质脱水和岩浆分异结晶过程中的钾同位素分馏机理,为利用钾同位素示踪壳幔物质循环提供了理论支撑;
基于弧前变质岩、岛弧岩石的钾同位素变化规律和超钾质岩的重钾同位素特征,揭示了俯冲带不同深度的流体运移机制;解析了洋岛玄武岩钾同位素组成随时间的变化规律,发现了洋岛玄武岩地幔源区的下洋壳再循环,为钾同位素的地质应用提供了研究范例。
