王丽娟，女，副研究员，理学博士。研究方向为海洋生物学，主要从事海洋鱼类遗传学、遗传育种和发育生物学等研究。围绕鱼类性别分化的分子机制，开展了牙鲆性别分化的表观遗传学与数量遗传学研究；还开展了鲆鲽鱼类遗传育种研究；同时，对我国多种重要海水经济鱼类进行了种质资源评价及群体遗传学研究，评估了其遗传多样性和种群历史动态。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等科研项目9项。累计发表学术论文62篇，其中SCI论文47篇，第一作者和通讯作者论文16篇。授权国家发明专利5项，申请并受理国家发明专利2项。获得山东省科学技术进步奖二等奖、山东省海洋科技创新奖二等奖等科技奖项3项。
