李莉,博士,中国科学院海洋研究所实验海洋生物学重点实验室研究员,青岛海洋科学与技术试点国家实验室研究员,国家贝类产业技术体系岗位科学家,曾呈奎海洋科技奖获得者。1997年毕业于聊城大学生物系,2000年获南开大学动物学硕士学位,2003年获中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生物学博士学位,分别在美国新泽西州立大学(Rutgers University)和美国弗吉尼亚州立大学 (Virginia Commonwealth University) 完成博士论文和进行博士后研究。
一、研究领域    
多年来坚持理论与应用研究相结合,致力于贝类资源的保护与可持续利用。具体围绕牡蛎等贝类的经济与生态服务功能,利用基因组学、遗传学与分子生物学手段,结合海洋生态学以及进化等多学科,开展牡蛎等贝类适应进化与种质资源保护,重要经济性状的遗传解析与分子育种等研究。

四、承担的主要科研项目
近期主持科研项目:贝类耐高温低氧与抗病性状的遗传关联机制(国家重点研发计划),贝类环境胁迫疾性疾病防控(农业部),长牡蛎野生群体适应性分化及其机制(自然基金),服务于“美丽海洋”的生物调控技术与示范(中科院先导专项),高品质牡蛎产出关键技术研发与应用示范(山东省重大科技创新工程项目)等多项国家级与省部级课题。
五、研究成果及奖励
共发表SCI论文100余篇,其中近五年发表SCI论文65篇,第一或通讯作者SCI论文40余篇;授权发明专利15项;获贝类新品种授权2项。代表性成果发表在Nature,Nature Ecology & Evolution, Molecular Biology and Evolution等著名国际期刊,分别荣获2016年度和2018“海洋与湖沼十大科技进展”,荣获山东省自然科学奖二等奖、海洋科学技术奖一等奖各1项。SCI 他引2292 次,单篇最高他引逾1000次。
