甘志彬，男，副研究员，理学博士。主要从事海洋无脊椎动物分类、生物多样性、系统演化及适应性进化研究。揭示了隐虾类的高生物多样性得益于对相同宿主或不同宿主的多重入侵以及深海茗荷对环境适应的遗传策略，提出非对称无柄类演化的崭新视角和观点。通过整合分类方法描述了甲壳动物19个新种，发表学术论文23篇，其中SCI收录18篇，出版专著2部，参编专著4部。主持国家自然科学基金3项，中国科学院战略生物资源计划能力建设项目1项。

五、研究成果及奖励         

深入分析了印度-西太平洋海域真虾下目隐虾类的系统演化关系，揭示了隐虾类的扩散过程和演化历史，提出共栖隐虾类与宿主的共栖关系是隐虾类对不同或相同宿主多重入侵的结果。系统研究了中国海域刺虾科、活额虾科、藻虾科、玻璃虾总科等真虾类的形态分类和生物多样性，采用整合分类学方法，解决了我国南海褐藻虾复合种的问题。通过比较转录组揭示了深海茗荷类对环境适应的遗传策略。通过对线粒体基因组的进化分析，表明花笼类与藤壶类有不同的起源，花笼类起源更早；盔茗荷目、指茗荷目与藤壶目为共同起源，结合分歧时间和化石记录证据，提出花笼类起源于晚三叠世的古茗荷目。这一论断为解决非对称无柄类演化问题提供了崭新的视角和观点。
