张振,博士、研究员、博士生导师。主要从事海洋贻贝分类与系统演化、入侵性贻贝适应性进化与防控、海洋生物资源保护策略研究。近年来主持国家重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学基金、中国科学院战略生物资源能力建设项目、生态环境部课题等十余项。近五年在Hydrobiologia、Journal of Zoological Systematics and Evolutionary Research、Marine Biology、Molecular Biology Reports、Marine Biodiversity、Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution、Zoological Journal of the Linnean Society、BioInvasions Records、Journal of Molluscan Studies、Animals、Genes、Journal of Shellfish Research、海洋科学、生态学报等期刊发表论文近40篇。现任中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生物分类与系统演化实验室副主任、海洋生物资源监测与评估研究组负责人,兼任山东省海洋工程咨询协会副会长、中国太平洋学会海域管理分会理事,入选国家级海域使用论证、自然资源部国土空间生态修复项目、自然资源部海洋咨询中心海洋环境评价评审专家库。

五、研究成果
在海洋贻贝系统演化与适应性进化方面取得一系列成果,为贻贝目贝类的资源开发和保护提供理论基础。结合DNA条形码、线粒体全基因组等分子标记,系统开展贻贝科贝类分类与系统演化研究,描述多个新种,阐明变化短齿蛤、光石蛏等贻贝种群遗传学特征;首次在我国大陆沿海记录到入侵种斑纹小贻贝,绘制了染色体级别全基因组图谱,全面开展了其入侵现状、遗传变异及扩散特征研究,完成斑纹小贻贝溯源和入侵模式分析;聚焦国内石蛏资源,利用多组学技术开展石蛏遗传分化与适应性进化研究。
