海洋生物学
 詹子锋,男,副研究员。研究方向为海洋生物系统分类学,主要从事珊瑚与纤毛虫的系统分类、多样性与动物地理学研究。近年来,主要开展深海珊瑚的生物多样性、系统发育与连通性研究,以及网箱养殖对生物多样性与环境的影响评估工作。近5年来,主持国家省部级科研项目6项,含国家自然科学基金2项。在国内外专业学术刊物发表研究论文34篇,其中SCI收录论文为30篇,授权发明专利1,SCI刊物Saudi Journal of Biological SciencesJournal of Eukaryotic Microbiology, International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary MicrobiologyFrontiers in marine science的特邀审稿人。

1)热带西太平洋深海钙轴柳珊瑚系统发育与种群遗传结构研究,国家自然基金面上项目,经费58万;

2)南麂列岛保护区潮下带底栖生物调查与评估,自然资源部项目,经费153万;

3)南麂列岛潮间带大型海洋生物识别系统研发自然资源部项目,经费100万;

4)西太平洋海山区生物DNA条形码,科技部基础资源调查专项子课题,经费60万;

5)我国北方海洋经济动物病害纤毛虫的快速检测研究,国家自然基金青年项目,经费25万;

6)南麂列岛大黄鱼病害纤毛虫快速检测与预警研究,自然资源部项目,经费19.5万。

五、研究成果及奖励        

建立深海珊瑚环境DNA检测体系以及一个纤毛虫新亚纲,发表研究论文30余篇(SCI收录30篇),授权发明专利1项。
