马林，副研究员，硕士生导师。

理学博士，2011年毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所。山东省动物学会常务理事。长期从事底栖生态学和桡足类的生物多样性研究。从中国研究非常薄弱的底栖桡足类入手，对底栖桡足类的物种资源和分布进行了系统的研究，在猛水蚤的分子系统学研究方面取得了重要突破。已发表科研论文30余篇（第一作者和通讯作者12篇），主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、中国科学院大科学装置高端用户项目和大洋协会项目2项，参与科技部、中国科学院战略先导专项及海洋公益项目等多项；参编专著4本。

五、研究成果及奖励         

分类学研究方面，对中国沿海的底栖桡足类进行了系统的研究，已鉴定底栖桡足类24科47属60余种，发现和报道新种12种，以及多个新记录属和种，首次更新了胶州湾底栖桡足类的分子多样性。首次在冷泉环境发现与深海刺恺虾共生的Stygiopontius一新种，为研究热液和冷泉环境生物的适应性和连通性提供新的研究材料。生态学研究方面，解析了影响胶州湾海域底栖桡足类群落结构变动的环境因子，以及黄东海大型底栖动物群落结构演变的规律和影响机制。
