海洋生物学

袁剑波,研究员、博士生导师,山东省TS学者青年专家,获山东省优秀青年科学基金支持。2009年毕业于电子科技大学,获理学学士学位;2014年毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所,获理学博士学位;2014年7月留所工作至今。

从事海洋甲壳动物特殊生命现象起源和适应性演化研究,在虾蟹等甲壳动物基因组遗传解析和特殊表型、习性起源演化机制研究方面取得一系列有重要影响的科研成果:(1)突破虾蟹等经济甲壳动物基因组组装的瓶颈,率先完成包括国际上首个对虾(凡纳滨对虾)、我国重要本土种对虾(中国明对虾)和首个深海甲壳动物(深海水虱)等在内的多个重要甲壳动物基因组的破译;构建了对虾耐盐和抗病适应性性状形成和演化的表观遗传调控网络,辅助完成对虾耐盐新品种“渤海1号”和抗病新品种“广泰2号”的全基因组选育工作,为虾蟹后基因组学研究和基因资源的利用奠定了重要基础。(2)首次发现藤壶等蔓足类存在古老的基因组加倍,进而证实了蔓足类特化器官(蔓足)和潮间带附着生长生活方式的起源演化历史和分子机制;提出深海水虱与共生微生物“Borrow for win-win cooperation”的互利共生新模式,证实了水平转移基因在深海甲壳动物超长绝食机制中的重要功能,为甲壳动物特殊生命现象的起源演化提供了全新的认知。

以第一或通讯作者在Nature子刊Nature Communications(2篇)和Communications Biology, Nature Index期刊PLoS Biology和Proceedings of the Royal Society B,以及一区Top期刊Reviews in Aquaculture、Journal of Advanced Research、PLoS Pathogens、BMC Biology和Molecular Ecology等发表论文20余篇。相关文章被列为Web of Science高被引论文,以及作为封面文章(2篇)和亮点成果(2篇)予以重点推荐。研究成果获评 “中国十大海洋科技进展”和“中科院科技创新亮点成果”等。

作为负责人,主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、国家重点研发计划项目子课题2项,山东省优秀青年基金1项、国家实验室科技创新项目子课题1项。荣获第一届中国动物学会长隆奖的启航奖、山东省海洋科技创新奖的青年海洋科技奖国际ONE HEALTH水产养殖杰出青年科学家奖,以及青岛市青年科技奖,并入选中国科学院海洋研究所特设的人才项目“汇泉青年学者”。
