海洋生物学
袁剑波,男,研究员。硕士生导师,19869月出生,湖南长沙人。

2009年毕业于电子科技大学,获理学学士学位;2014年毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所,获理学博士学位;20147月留所工作至今。

长期从事海洋甲壳动物特殊生命现象起源和适应性演化研究,在虾蟹等甲壳动物基因组遗传解析和特殊表型、习性起源演化机制研究方面取得一系列有重要影响的科研成果:(1)突破虾蟹等经济甲壳动物基因组组装异常困难的瓶颈,率先完成包括国际上首个对虾(凡纳滨对虾)、我国重要本土种对虾(中国明对虾)和首个深海甲壳动物(深海水虱)等在内的多个重要甲壳动物基因组的破译,使得甲壳动物基因组研究和全基因组选育跨入了新阶段;(2)首次提出简单重复序列(SSR)是驱动甲壳动物适应性进化的潜在关键因子;揭示了虾蟹蜕皮、底栖适应、生殖洄游等独特习性适应性演化的关键分子证据,首次提出宿主表观遗传在塑造对虾肠道菌群结构和抗弧菌表型形成中的关键作用,为虾蟹后基因组学研究和基因资源的开发利用奠定了重要基础;(3)首次发现了蔓足类存在古老的基因组加倍,提出深海水虱与共生微生物互利共生新模式,为揭秘达尔文“八年藤壶”之谜和深海等足类超长绝食机制的起源演化提供了新认知。

共发表SCI收录论文60余篇,其中,以第一或通讯作者(包括共同第一/通讯)在Nature子刊Nature Communications2篇)和Communications BiologyNature Index期刊PLoS BiologyProceedings of the Royal Society B,以及一区Top期刊PLoS PathogensReviews in AquacultureJournal of Advanced ResearchBMC BiologyMolecular Ecology等发表论文20余篇。相关文章被列为Web of Science高被引论文(被引453次,Nature Communications, 2019),以及作为封面文章(Reviews in Aquaculture, 2023PLoS Biology, 2017)和亮点成果予以重点推荐。研究成果获评2019年“中国十大海洋科技进展”和“中科院科技创新亮点成果”等。主持山东省优秀青年基金、国家自然科学基金国家重点研发计划项目课题、崂山实验室科技创新项目子课题等项目8项。目前担任国际动物学会青年工作组成员、Frontiers in Genetics 副编辑。荣获第一届中国动物学会长隆奖的启航奖(2020 年)、山东省海洋科技创新奖的青年海洋科技奖(2022 年)、国际生物多样性保护基金会FUCOBI 颁发的ONE HEALTH 水产养殖杰出青年科学家奖(2024 年),以及青岛市青年科技奖(2024 年),并入选中国科学院海洋研究所特设的人才项目“汇泉青年学者”(2021年)。
