海洋生物学

寇琦,男,副研究员,硕士生导师。主要从事海洋无脊椎动物分类学、分子系统发育和演化研究,长期活跃在海洋生物多样性和分子系统学研究的前沿领域。已发现并描述了海洋无脊椎动物的3 个新属、14个新种和多个新记录种,共发表SCI论文29 篇(JCR一区10篇,二区8篇),核心期刊5,参与撰写及翻译著作7部。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,科技基础资源调查专项子课题1项,并作为主要人员参与多个项目。

五、研究成果及奖励

在国际上首次通过结合分子生物学、形态学、生态学数据,重建了真虾下目长臂虾总科的分化历史,并对深海长臂虾类的起源进行了推测,提出了共生生活的长臂虾类是由自由生活的长臂虾类演化而来的共生生活的长臂虾类在演化过程中发生过多次宿主转移等一系列假说,为研究甲壳动物的起源和演化问题开启了新的视角。

此外,还开展了大量深海无脊椎动物多样性的研究。在国内首次对热液和冷泉优势种种群的分布模式进行了比较;合作破译了国际上首个深海甲壳动物——詹姆斯深水虱Bathynomus jamesi 的基因组,并从解剖生理学和分子生物学水平上揭示了深水虱体型巨大化和对深海寡营养环境的适应机制,为其他深海生物的基因组解析和适应性研究提供了新的见解;此外,首次研究了深海甲壳动物的物种多样性与宿主专一性之间的关系,发现宿主并非导致深海物种形成的关键性因素,地理隔离和洋流对物种分化的作用可能更加明显。

目前已建立和描述海洋无脊椎动物的3 个新属、14 个新种和多个新记录种。近期,在马里亚纳海沟发现的糠虾类Xenomysis unicornis 是我国海洋生物分类学研究人员已报道的甲壳动物新物种的最深记录。基于以上研究成果,申请人近年来已在BMC BiologyMolecular Phylogenetics and EvolutionFrontiers in Marine ScienceInvertebrate SystematicsOrganisms Diversity & EvolutionEcology and EvolutionJournal of Zoological Systematics and Evolutionary ResearchIntegrative ZoologyDeep-sea ResearchPLOS One等国际主流期刊发表研究论文29篇,核心期刊5篇,并兼任Zoologica ScriptaZootaxaActa Oceanologica Sinica等期刊的审稿专家。
