一、研究领域和承担项目

主要从事海洋无脊椎养殖动物神经免疫、生物环境适应、病害生物检测、活性物质利用等方向的研究工作。先后承担国家自然科学基金、公益性行业项目、中科院重要方向群项目、863项目、国家重点研发计划和基础研发专项等多项课题，并同时参与973、杰出青年基金和重点基金等重大项目的研究工作。

发表SCI论文148篇，在环境科学领域和医学（免疫）领域论文数全球排名前1%，累计他引用次数5986，个人H-Index 49，H-Index全球排名前1%，参与撰写专注1部。获授权发明专利21项。获海洋科学技术奖一等奖等省部级奖励10项。担任Comparative Immunology Reports和International Journal of Molecular Sciences期刊编委。
