一、研究领域
研究领域为水生生物逆境生物学。率先在无脊椎动物刺参中优化分离并鉴定出外泌体,解析了其在环境胁迫下的响应特征及功能;构建了系统生物学背景下刺参感知复合胁迫(高温、低氧等)的复杂应激调节网络;探明了刺参单双呼吸体系转换,解析了其在逆境下生理及分子层面响应特征;关注海参安全度夏、健康养殖、保活运输等关键产业难题,支撑产业良性发展。
