海洋生态学
 李玉龙,男,副研究员,1989年生,先后在中南大学(2012年)、中国科学院海洋研究所(2017年)获得工学学士、理学博士学位。目前在Molecular Biology and Evolution、Molecular Ecology Resources、Genome Biology and Evolution等国际学术期刊发表研究论文23篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文9篇,被引669次(谷歌学术),担任Molecular Ecology、Scientific Reports、Frontiers in Marine Science等国际学术期刊的审稿人、国家自然科学基金函评专家。

研究领域

主要从事海洋生物群体基因组学研究,包括:群体遗传结构和本地适应性遗传机制解析,适应性演化机制探讨,性别决定遗传机制及性染色体演化机制研究,群体基因组学分析相关软件开发等。

研究成果及奖励

近些年围绕海洋生物基因组遗传标记资源开发,群体遗传结构和本地适应性解析,性别决定遗传机制探讨,群体基因组学分析相关软件开发等方面取得了一系列的研究成果。基于群体遗传学和基因组学技术解析了我国多种重要海洋鱼类如松江鲈、小黄鱼等的遗传资源现状、群体遗传结构及本地适应性遗传学机制;解析了大银鱼和松江鲈性别决定系统、性别决定遗传机制;查明了刀鲚适应淡水的平行演化机制;开发了多个群体基因组学数据分析软件如StructureSelector (https://lmme.ac.cn/StructureSelector)、RADassembler (https://github.com/lyl8086/RADscripts/tree/master/RADassembler)等,已被全球90多个国家的科研人员使用,总访问量逾17万次。
