海洋生态学

张芳,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院大学岗位教授,研究方向为海洋生态学,主要围绕全球变化下的近海海洋浮游生态系统演变与健康海洋、近海生态灾害与生态安全开展研究工作。PICES/ICES 深度学习处理浮游动物图像工作组成员(PICES W54),全球浮游生物CPR调查联盟工作组代表,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,中国生态学会海洋生态专委会委员兼副秘书长,中国海洋与湖沼学会生态学分会理事。近年来作为负责人主持十三五、十四五国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金项目面上项目、崂山实验室“十四五”重大项目课题等国家、省部级及企业委托项目近20项,在海洋生态学领域JGR,STOTEN、RS,MPB、MEPS等期刊发表学术论文90余篇,参编图集/专著6部,制定和参与制定地标和行标5项,授权发明专利十余项,软件著作权1项,获省部级奖励3项。

一、研究领域  

研究领域为海洋生态学,用新一代浮游动物观测设备如planktonscope、UVP等结合AI图像分析技术研究研究浮游动物功能群的数量变动、浮游动物的能量传递效率、功能群多样性等。在胶质类浮游生物方面,聚焦水母灾害的暴发机理及致灾效应、发展和应用全生活史的新型监测预测以及防控技术。从浮游动物功能群生态指标视角评估生态系统健康。
