海洋生态学

李才文,博士、研究员、博士生导师。2007年博士毕业于美国威廉玛丽学院(The College of William & Mary, USA), 后于美国弗吉尼亚海洋研究所(Virginia Institute of Marine Sciences, USA)从事博士后研究。20118月起,任中国科学院海洋研究所海洋生态与环境科学重点实验室责任研究员,入选中国科学院“BR计划A类);20157月起,任院级重点实验室副主任。

致力于海洋寄生甲藻生物生态学研究,以影响海洋生物健康和具有重要生态功能的两类代表性海洋寄生甲藻--血卵涡鞭虫、阿米巴藻为主要研究对象,先后建立了其实验室连续培养体系,系统揭示了其生活史特征、生物多样性、传播扩散机理及其病原-宿主互作机制,完善了对于海洋寄生甲藻的科学认知,拓展了我国海洋甲藻研究的新领域。先后主持国家自然科学基金4项(联合基金重点项目1项、面上项目2项、青年项目1项),参与科技部重点研发专项、基金委创新群体项目等11项,在本领域专业学术期刊发表论文60篇。

一、研究领域 

重点关注海洋环境与水生生物健康,围绕(1)浮游植物群落与碳汇过程、(2)赤潮生物环境适应及其遗传调控机制、(3)寄生甲藻(Hematodinium spp. Amoebophrya spp. 等)生物学特征和生态学功能等专题开展系统研究。

五、研究成果及奖励

近年来在海洋寄生甲藻基础研究方面取得的主要学术成果概述如下:

1. 海洋寄生甲藻-血卵涡鞭虫(Hematodinium):在国际上首次建立了感染蟹类寄生甲藻-血卵涡鞭虫的实验室连续培养体系,揭示了其完整生活史、多样性特征、传播扩散机制、病原-宿主互作机制,提出了其流行病生态防控对策。研究成果丰富和完善了对于海洋寄生甲藻生物学特征的科学认知,为渔业生产中防控寄生甲藻流行病提供了理论依据和技术支持。相关研究共发表学术论文24篇,收录于Harmful AlgaeParasitologyProtistDiseases of Aquatic OrganismsAquaculture等本领域专业学术期刊。

2. 海洋寄生甲藻-阿米巴藻(Amoebophrya):在国内率先开展了感染浮游生物寄生甲藻-阿米巴藻的系统研究,揭示了其宿主类群、多样性和时空分布特征,刻画了其完整生活史,解析了该寄生甲藻与其宿主甲藻的互作机制,明确了其特异性感染对于甲藻赤潮发生、发展的影响。相关研究拓展了我国海洋甲藻研究的新领域,为进一步揭示其生态学功能奠定了基础。以上成果共发表学术论文17篇,收录于Harmful AlgaeMarine biologyJournal of Eukaryotic MicrobiologyECSS等本领域专业学术期刊。
