王晓媛，女，副研究员。主要从事海底热液流体等热液产物的形成机理研究。两次担任首席科学家，在冲绳海槽开展海底热液活动及其资源环境效应调查，为评价海底硫化物资源潜力提供重要工作支撑。合作发表研究论文60余篇。近年来，先后主持国家自然科学基金面上基金项目、国际海域资源调查与开发“十二五”项目课题、中国科学院战略性先导科技专项（B类）项目子课题、山东省自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划项目专题等项目。研究成果获得多项科技奖励。

五、研究成果及奖励        

①首次报道了台湾龟山岛热液流体中稀土元素组成特征并揭示其控制因素。②证实砷是弧后盆地和岛弧区内热液流体扩散的有效示踪剂，发现了马努斯海盆内热液柱的混合交叉及其与海流的关系。③反演了热液流体-海水混合过程，评价了热液作用和水成作用在铁-硅-锰氧羟化物形成时的交替影响。④攻克了IC-ICP-MS螯合富集分离测试热液流体中的痕量稀土元素、ICP-MS测试热液自然硫颗粒和铁锰结核/结壳中的微量元素等新方法。

研究成果分别获得2017年海洋科学技术奖二等奖、2017年青岛市科学技术奖自然科学奖二等奖、2018年山东省科学技术奖自然科学奖二等奖、2021年海洋工程科学技术奖二等奖和2022年山东省海洋科技创新奖一等奖。
