李莉,博士,博导,中国科学院海洋研究所研究员,中国科学院大学教授,水产品种质创制与高效养殖重点实验室研究员,山东省牡蛎技术创新中心主任。国家高层次人才特殊支持计划领军人才(WR领军)、科技部创新人才推进计划中青年科技创新领军人才、农业农村部-国家贝类产业技术体系岗位科学家、曾呈奎海洋科技奖获得者。先后在中国科学院海洋研究所任职助理研究员、副研究员以及研究员,曾在美国新泽西州立大学和美国弗吉尼亚州立大学进行博士与博士后研究。
一、研究领域
瞄准国家需求与学科前沿,理论与应用研究相结合,致力于海洋生命科学认知与牡蛎等贝类资源的保护与可持续利用。具体围绕牡蛎等贝类的经济与生态服务功能,利用基因组学、遗传学与分子生物学手段,结合海洋生态学及进化等多学科,开展贝类适应进化、经济性状的遗传解析与分子育种等研究

近年来主持的课题包括,国家重点研发计划课题:耐高温、速生扇贝和牡蛎新品种培育, 贝类耐高温低氧与抗病性状的遗传关联机制;农业农村部贝类产业技术体系:贝类环境胁迫性疾病防控岗位;万人计划领军人才配套项目:贝类种源的挖掘与新种质的创制;山东省重点研发计划项目:水养殖贝类新品种培育;广西自治区重点研发项目:两广特色近江牡蛎速生耐盐新种质研发与示范推广;自然基金:长牡蛎野生群体适应性分化及其机制;中科院先导专项子课题: 服务于“美丽海洋”的生物调控技术与示范等。
五、研究成果及奖励
发表SCI论文160余篇,其中第一与通讯作者论文90余篇,代表性成果发表在Nature(IF=64.8),Nature Ecology & Evolution(IF=16.8),Molecular Biology and Evolution(2篇,IF=10.2),the Innovation(IF=32.1)等国际顶级期刊。成果他引3000余次。授权国家发明专利 30余件、获批3项国审水产新品种。荣获2016年2018年度中国海洋与湖沼十大科技进展; 荣获山东省科学技术进步一等奖、海洋科学技术奖一等奖以及山东省自然科学奖二等奖各1项。多项成果获得应用转化
