海洋生物学
于华华,女,1977年12月生,研究员,博士研究生导师,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员。主要从事海洋生物制品研究,重点研究海参、牡蛎、水母等海洋生物资源的功效因子及水母蜇伤的防治技术。在阐明水母蜇伤因子、蜇伤机理及建立解毒靶点的基础上,筛选抗毒素化合物,研制了水母蜇伤治疗药物,实现水母蜇伤的对因和对症防治,填补了国内外空白。“水母毒素及蜇伤防治研究”获海洋科学技术一等奖(第一完成人),研究成果“水母活性肽与蜇伤解毒剂”实现转化。研究了海洋生物活性物质应用于功能食品的原理与技术,研制了减肥、缓解体力疲劳等功能食品。作为负责人承担了多项国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划课题、科学院人才项目、省市科技项目等。发表SCI论文100余篇,授权国家发明专利80余项,获省部级奖励5项。
