段德麟 男 研究员（二级）。现担任中国科学院海洋研究所海藻遗传与发育创新研究团队责任研究员。1986、1991年毕业于中国海洋大学，学士、硕士；1994毕业于中国科学院海洋研究所，博士；1996-1999 日本东京大学，博士后。2000年担任中国科学院海洋研究所研究员，博导。日本东北大学（JSPS客座）教授，北海道大学外籍教授；美国斯坦福大学、哈佛大学访问教授。
